Our procurement portal will help you create, manage and track your Procurement Shared Service requests, as well as answer any other procurement related queries.


How do I register?

To register for access to submit requests into the PSSC, and to track the progress of your requests, please send an email to PSSC.systemsupport@kier.supportsystem.com who will set up an account on your behalf and reply to you with your login details.

How do I create a new request?

To submit a new request you will need to select the "Open a New Ticket" option. When submitting a new request, please ensure you select the correct "Help Topic" for your request, and complete the relevant form as required. This information is used to direct your request to the relevant team and to ensure that your request is dealt with as efficiently as possible.

How do I track or update my requests?

To view the progress of an existing request, or to update your request, login to your account and click on "Check Ticket Status". From here, you can view your open and closed requests, as well as post a reply on your tickets.
